It's mostly the location in Emerald Hills and 14,640 square foot lot which make this home interesting. I could see someone buying it and doing some light updating (just to make it livable), completely renovating it, or tearing it down and building a new home. I think any of these options would make sense with the list price being $850,000 (just listed by Sue Walsh/Intero Real Estate). Building a new 2,500-3,000 square foot home, landscaping, and adding a pool would probably push the value of this property up to the $2M range. See more info on this home here.
